COVID Policy

  • I am double-vaccinated and have had a booster and am testing regularly, including within the 48h period before our session (unless post-isolation guidance suggests that I should not test)
  • I am asking clients to take a rapid COVID test (which may be an at home test) within the 48h period before each appointment;
  • If I am informed that I have been in contact with someone who has COVID I will let you know and may stop sessions for 5 days (on a negative test) or 10 days without a negative test. I will offer the option of replacement online sessions.
  • If I test positive for COVID or develop symptoms I will stop face to face sessions until it is safe to return. I will keep you informed of when I expect this to be. If I am able I may offer the option of replacement online sessions.
  • If you are informed that you have been in contact with someone who has COVID, or you test positive for COVID I expect you to inform me and to stop face to face sessions for 5 days with a negative test or until it is safe to return (if later). I will offer the option of replacement online sessions. I will not charge for late cancellation.
  • I also expect you to not attend the appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID; again, I will not charge a fee for late cancellation.
